Cancellation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as early as possible so that I can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you contact me 24 hours in advance, I can usually fill your spot with someone from my waiting list. Exceptions to this rule include emergencies, illness, and inclement weather. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
